Is "Inbound Exception Overdue Storage Fee" a new charge ?

"Inbound Exception Overdue Storage Fee" is the same as "Long-term Storage Charges" before , we will charge Inbound Exception Overdue Storage Fee without action in 7 days after inspection exception raised.
Adjustment made in new rate card, please refer to  "Inbound Service Fees - Inbound Irregularity Surcharge - Inbound Exception Overdue Storage Fee"
