What's the difference between "No-show Appointment Fee" and "Late Cancel ASN Fee"?

1）Late Cancel ASN：Non-express shipments, if the ASN is cancelled after 3pm (local time) on the day before ASN appointment date; Or ASN that are cancelled by OC at 12am on the next day of the appointment date as the shipments didn't arrive as scheduled.
2）No-show Appointment Fee：seller has made ASN appointment but fail to deliver to the fulfiment center during its operating hour and didn't cancel the ASN.
Remarks：The No-show Appointment Fee"and "Late Cancel ASN Fee" will not be duplicated charge, it is charged by actual scenario.
